This 60-minute sequence is a play on the traditional 26×2 Hot Yoga Class. This hatha yoga sequence can be practiced in a heated or non-heated room. Designed for anyone who wants to explore the body and the mind. The first 30 minutes of class will be a hatha yoga sequence and the last part of class will consist of a guided meditation!
