In yoga therapy for anxiety, you will learn why the body experiences anxiousness
and how to work with your nervous system to regulate. We will use breathing
techniques and asana sequences that can help to find grounding in the center of
chaos. We will learn and practice skills that can be used on and off the mat to help
deal with activators while the nervous system may be in a hyper-aroused state.
