Talk Space Topics

Every other Sunday at 2pm EST we will be hosting a support group with psychotherapist Shaunda Jones. We may discuss topics such as depression, binge eating, panic disorders, social anxiety, chronic pain, even substance abuse or focus more generally on improving social skills, helping you deal with a range of issues such as anger, passive-aggressiveness, loneliness, and self-esteem.

We'd love to hear your thoughts! If you have anything to share or add, this is a safe space to do so. You can tell us what you'd like to hear more of, what you liked or didn't like, suggestions for improvement. Feel free to share!
