Meditation has been proven to soothe the nerves and dramatically reduce the many negative effects brought about by the sympathetic nervous system such as anxiety, tension, anger and depression.

Meditation enhances and promotes diaphragmatic breathing which slows the heartbeat and can lower or stabilize blood pressure.

Brain Power

A daily meditation practice can benefit almost anything in life, including helping you access intuition & Clarity. Meditation has an amazing variety of neurological benefits by improving connectivity between brain regions.

Guided Meditations

Meditation Club led and guided by iana each day. We meet as a group and learn to meditate together!

15-20 Minutes

These sessions are short and effective. 15-20 minutes daily at 8 AM EST.
More times to be added.

Beginner Friendly

This group is for absolute beginners or meditation monks. We all learn from each other!

If you said yes to any of the above, then Meditation Club is for you!

Meditation Club is a member-led mediation group, where members alternate holding space (hosting) for 15-20 minutes every day. 

The host must hold space for a minimum of 7 days. No need to be an advanced or experienced practitioner for this group. Meditation is a lifelong practice, a very unique journey and because of that each person’s experience will be different.

We use GroupMe to communicate within the club and a dedicated Zoom link to meditate together. You will receive access to GroupMe and Zoom once you join the club.
