• You agree that I may not file a lawsuit against yogabae® or any of its employees in the event of accident or injury. *
• You consent to allowing us to keep your contact information on file for the duration of your membership.

Termination

• We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately  without notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
• You may cancel your membership at anytime. Billing will stop once the current billing cycle ends.
